What is Reflexology Exactly? Reflexology is stimulating reflex energy zones in the hands and feet which correspond to the glands, organs and systems of the body. Thus, one malfunction in the body can create issues in another.
It is believed That the energ y in the body flows in zones, beginning at the head and ending at the hands and feet. Dividing the human body into 10 zones through which bioelectrical energy flows through these zones to reflex points in the hands and feet.
There are 7200 nerve endings, primarily in the hands and feet an d thes e nerve endings are stimulated using a certain technique which aid in effecting change in glands, organs and systems of the body and ultimately enhance health, overcome disease, reduce stress and improve circulation and lymph drainage. Crystalline deposits form throughout these nerve endings indicating a blockage of blood and energy. Reflexology encourages the flow of that blocked enerdy.

A smoothing and soothing crushed walnut shell back exfoliate and polish with infused grapefruit essential oils to enliven the skin, sloughing off dead skin cells, encouraging the promotion of new cells and natural skin lubricant. Next a 30 minute aromatherapy massage to your back, neck and shoulders with your warmed massage oil. Then a botanical mud mask to cool and sooth the skin, drawing out inflammation and allows for absorption of therapeutic minerals. As the mask penetrates you are treated to a hand and foot massage.
