Welcome! Thank you for visiting Massage Therapy by Dedric! I am excited for the opportunity to be able to work with you and provide information about Massage Therapy, bodywork and health. It is my goal to aid in establishing balance between the mind, body and spirit. I am certified in Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish Massage, Reflexology , Deep Tissue, Spa Therapies, Hot Stone Massage and Seated Massage. I use these techniques as well as myofascial release and Asian Bodywork to include Shiatsu Compressions and Thai Stretching in my work. I believe that an integraged massage approach delivers the best and longer lasting results.
